Distance Learning
Not close to any of these? Our first choice is that you are able to come in and visit with us face to face at the nearest location. However, we know that is not always an option for everyone, so we also offer Distance Learning (click for more details).
Through our Distance Learning program, candidates will be screened over the phone and then apply to our distance learning program.
- Fax or mail transcripts and applications to our San Antonio office
- Schedule a phone interview to discuss all options for certification based on transcript evaluation
- Pay for application fee and training fee through our secure paypal account posted on the ACT website.
- Once your payment is processed, ACT will mail you all training materials.
- You will be able to complete all your training requirements via long distance and secure a teaching position in your local area!
- You will have the option of completing either an internship or clinical teaching assignment to reach your goal of becoming a certified teacher.
